Promotingthethoroughlyintegrateddevelopmentofcultureandtourism.Guidanceshallbeprovidedonthesounddevelopmentofdramafestivals,musicfestivals,artfestivals,animationfestivals,concerts,artexhibitions,culturalandtourismexhibitions,andotherbusinessformstocreatebusinessformssuchas"musicplustourism,"performanceplustourism,""exhibitionplustourism,'1and"sportseventplustourism.,TouristroutesonthethemeofChineseculturalrelicsshallbeconducted,andthetourismpromotioncampaignonthethemeof"readingthousandsofbooks,travelingthousandsofmiles”shallbelaunched.Redtourismshallbedevelopedinanorderlymannertoprotect,manage,andutilizeredresources.Themodelsofintegrateddevelopmentofculturalandtourismindustriesshallbepresented.2. Implementingthevacationandleisureprojectforabetterlife.Theactionforculturalandtourismindustriestoenableurbanrenewalshallbelaunchedtocreatenational-leveltourismandleisurecitiesandneighborhoodswithdistinctiveculturalcharacteristicsandpromotethehigh-qualitydevelopmentoftourismresorts.Microcirculationleisurefacilitiessuchasgreenways,cyclingpaths,countryparks,andparkingfacilitiesshallbeconstructed,andservicefacilitiessuchasparkinglotsforcampvansforroadtripsshallberationallylaidout.3. Implementingthefinesportstourismproductsdemonstrationproject.Theintegratedplanninganddevelopmentofsportseventsandtourismactivitiesshallbepromoted:basedonmajorandcharacteristicevents,the"travelingwiththeevents'*programshallbedeveloped,andinfluential,finesportstourismroutes,events,andbasesshallbecreated.Thewintersportseconomyshallbedeveloped,thedevelopmentofthewholeindustrychainofwintersports,equipment,andtourismshallbepromoted,andtheconstructionofskitourismresortsshallbeguidedandstrengthened.4. 1.aunchingtheactiontoimprovethequalityandefficiencyofruraltourism.Thepilotprogramoftheculturalindustry,senablingruralrevitalizationshallbelaunchedtoimprovetheoperationofruraltourism.KeyV川agesandtownsforruraltourismwithregionalculturalcharacteristicsshallbebuilt,theimplementationofnationalstandardsforhomestaysshallbepromoted,"ruralpicturesquescenery"routeproductsshallbedeveloped,and"shoppingtourinthecountryside"campaignsshallbeconducted.Newbusinessformssuchasbeautifulcountryside,agriculturallandscape,farmingexperience,leisurefishing,andoutdoorsportsshallbedevelopedaccordingtolocalconditions.5. Developingeco-tourismproducts.Onthebasisofstrictprotection,ecologicalresourcessuchasnationalparks,naturereserves,scenicspots,forestparks,wetlandparks,desertparks,andgeoparksshallbereasonablyusedinaccordancewithlawsandregulationstodevelopeco-tourismproductssuchasforesthealthcare,ecologicaltourism,andnatureeducation.Characteristiceco-tourismroutesshallbelaunched.Foresttrailsandleisureandhealthtrailsshallbeconstructed.6.
