Productionenterprise(1) Ithasanindependentlegalpersonstatusandisofferedacreditlineofnotlessthan200millionyuan.(2) IthaspassedISO9000qualitysystemcertification.(3) Itabidesbyworksafetyandotherrelevantlawsandregulationsofthestateandfulfillsitsworksafetyresponsibility.Italsohaspurchasedvarioussocialinsurancessuchaspension,unemployment,medical,work-relatedinjury,andmaternityinsuranceinaccordancewiththelaw,fullypaidsocialinsurancecontributionsontime,andpassedOHSAS18000IS045001occupationalhealthandsafetysystemcertification.(4) Ifitisanenterprisethathasobtainedexportqualification,itshallhaveanactualexportperformanceoftungsteneachyearfrom2020to2022(ifitisanenterprisethathasqualifiedtoexportasastate-ownedtradingenterpriseafter2020,itshallhaveanactualexportperformanceoftungsteneachyearfromtheyearofqualificationto2022);ifitisanenterprisenewlyapplyingtoexporttungsten,itsannualaverageexportsupplyinthepastthreeyearsshallbenotlessthan2,000tons(equivalenttoammoniumparatungstateAPT).Itsactualexportperformanceshallbesubjecttothecustomsstatistics,whileitsannualexportsupplyperformanceshallbesubjecttothedatareviewedbyindustryorganizations.IfitsproductsarelistedintheExportCatalogueofHigh-TechProductsinChinaissuedbytheMinistryofScienceandTechnology,theMinistryofCommerce,theMinistryofFinance,theStateTaxationAdministration,andtheGeneral部发布的中国高新技术产品 目录中所列产品，或经科技 部认定的高新技术产品，可视 产品具体情况适当降低标准。5 .获得IS014000系列环境管 理体系认证。6 .企业合法依规经营，符合安 全生产、环保、税务、海关和 外汇管理法律法规，无未整改 违法违规行为。（二）流通企业。L具有独立法人资格，银行授 信额度不低于2亿元人民币。2 . 20202022年每年均有鸨 出口实绩（以海关统计为准）。3 .依法参加养老、失业、医疗、 工伤、生育等各项社会保险并 按期足额缴纳社会保险费。4 .通过IS09000系列质量体 系认证。5 .企业合法依规经营，符合税 务、海关和外汇管理法律法 规，无未整改违法违规行为。二、睇出口国营贸易企业申报 条件（一）生产企业。L具有独立法人资格。6 .通过IS09000系列质量体AdministrationofCustoms,ortheCatalogueofChineseHigh-TechProductsissuedbytheMinistryofScienceandTechnology,orhigh-techproductsdeterminedbytheMinistryofScienceandTechnology,thecriteriamaybeloweredappropriatelyaccordingtothespecificconditionsofsuchproducts.(5) IthasobtainedtheIS014000environmentalmanagementsystemcertification.(6) Itconductsbusinessoperationsincompliancewithlawsandregulations,complieswiththelawsandregulationsintermsofworksafety,environmentalprotection,tax,customs,andforeignexchangemanagement,andhasnorecordofviolationsoflawsandregulationsthathavenotbeenrectified.2.
