际快递合作协议中英文对照版AGREEMENTOFINTERNA110NALEXPRESSCOOPERATION目录TABLEOFCONTENTS一、合作事项Article1.CooperationIssues二、甲方的责任与义务Article2.ResponsibilitiesandObligationsofPartyA三、乙方的责任与义务Article3.ResponsibilitiesandObligationsofPartyB四、费用结算Article4.CostSettlement五、违约处理Article5.DefaultTreatment六、争议解决Article6.DisputeResolution七、其他约定Article7.Miscellaneous部分章节示例如下：甲乙双方经友好协商，根据万国邮政联盟邮政支付业务协定的相关规定，就从中国_城市寄往俄罗斯莫斯科的国际快递业务合作达成以下协议，以资共同遵守：PartiesAandB,throughamicableconsultationinaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsoftheAgreementonPostalPaymentBusinessoftheUniversalPostalUnion,enterintothefollowingcooperationagreementontheinternationalexpressdeliverybusinessofthecooperationofinternationalexpressdeliveryservicefromthecityofChinatoMoscow,Russiaformutualperformance:一、合作事项Article1.CooperationIssues乙方在中国城市收揽客户寄往俄罗斯莫斯科的各类商务文件、小件物品(下称：邮件)，通过飞机或者火车运输至莫斯科；甲方在莫斯科采取门到门的方式及时将邮件送交到客户。PartyBcollectsallkindsofbusinessdocumentsandsmallarticlesmailedbytheclients(hereinafterreferredtoas"mail")inthecityofinChinaandtransportsthesametoMoscowbyairorbytrain;PartyAshall,withoutdelay,deliversthemailtothecustomerinMoscowinthemannerofdoor-to-door.二、甲方的责任与义务Article2.ResponsibilitiesandObligationsofPartyA1.安排专人到莫斯科机场和火车站接收乙方从中国运输到站的邮件，对邮件及时核对收件人地址、公司名称、邮件编号的准确性、齐备性,并在邮件交接记录上签署。1.ToarrangespecialpersonneltoreceivethemailtransportedbyPartyBfromChinatotheairportandrailwaystationinMoscow,checkwithoutdelaytheaccuracyandcompletenessoftherecipient'saddress,companynameandnumberofthemail,andsignontherecordofmailhandover.2.将从中国运输到莫斯科的各类快递邮件以门到门的方式安全、快速送交客户。2.AllkindsofexpressmailtransportedfromChinatoMoscowwillbedeliveredtocustomerssafelyandquicklyfromdoortodoor.三、乙方的责任与义务Article3.ResponsibilitiesandObligationsofPartyB1乙方将在中国城市收揽寄往俄罗斯莫斯科的邮件通过航班或者火车运输至莫斯科，并提前将运输信息通知甲方。1.PartyBwilltransportthemailwhichcollectedinthecityofinChinatoMoscow,RussiabyflightortrainandshallnotifyPartyAofthetransportationinformationinadvance.2在向甲方交付的邮件中，应准确提供收件人名称、地址、国别、城市、电话与传真号码和物品种类等客户信息，以保证邮件能及时送交收件人。2.WiththemaildeliveredtoPartyA,thecustomerinformationsuchastherecipient"Sname,address,country,city,telephoneandfaxnumbersandthetypeofgoodsshouldbeaccuratelyprovidedsoastoensurethemailcanbedeliveredtotherecipientintime.四、费用结算Article4.CostSettlement1现行邮件价格见附件。所有邮件费用采取月终结算方式。甲方应向乙方提供详细的统计资料、原始单据与发票办理财务结算。甲方按照报价费率表计算金额的%收取费用。(费率表附后)1.Thecurrentpricesformailareshownintheannex.Allmailcostsaresettledattheendofthemonth.PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithdetailedstatistics,originaldocumentsandinvoicesforfinancialsettlementPartyAshallchargethefeesinaccordancewith%oftheamountcalculatedinthequotedratetable.(Ratetableattached)2甲方除应负责上述条款的责任与义务外，还应承担分运单背面所载条款中所有与甲方有关条款的责任。2.PartyAshall,inadditiontoitsresponsibilitiesandobligationsundertheforegoingarticles,beresponsibleforallarticlesrelatingtoPartyAwhichsetforthonthereversepageoftheSub-Waybill.凡因执行本合同所发生的或与本合同的关的一切争议,双方应通过友好协商解决，如果协商不能解决，应提交北京中国国际贸易促进委员会对外经济贸易仲裁委员会根据该会仲裁程序暂行规则进行仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方都有约束力。仲裁费用由败诉方承担。AlldisputesarisingfromtheexecutionoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesettledamicablythroughfriendlynegotiation.Incasenosettlementcanbereachedthroughnegotiation,thecaseshallthenbesubmittedtotheForeignEconomicandTradeArbitrationCommissionoftheChinaCouncilforthePromotionofInternationalTrade,Beijingforarbitration.Thearbitrationawardisfinalandbindinguponbothpartiesandthearbitrationfeeshallbebornebythelosingparty.
