2、rprisemarketingisconfrontedwithunprecedentedcompetitivechallengesfromHuaihuaMobile,HuaihuaUnicom,HuaihuaBroadcasting,virtualoperatorsandinternetcompanies.Beingfacedwithsuchfiercecompetitioninthemarket,thechannelofChinaTelecomHuaihuabranch,sgovernmentandenterprisemarketingneedstoenhancetheirbusinessd
3、evelopmentanddriverevenuegrowththroughitsownmanagementoptimization.Inthispaper,basedonthetheoryofchannelmanagement,Ianalysisin-depththechannels*structure,members,products,andservicesofthechannelofChinaTelecomHuaihuabranch,sgovernmentandenterprisemarketing,anddiscoveredthattherearemanyissues,forexamp
4、le,themarketsegmentinthechannelisnotcomplete,theonlinechannelisunderdeveloped,thechannelmemberslackcollaboration,businessdevelopmentisexcessivelydependonbasicproductsandsoon.Accordingtothechannelcontrolandchannelrelationships,andcombinedwiththespiritofeighteensessionoftdeepeningreformstate-ownedente
5、rprisesrequirementsandthestrategiesforChinaTelecomtotdrawasmallcontractingbusinessunit,Iproposeanoptimizationschemeforthechannels*structure,membershipmanagement,productmanagementandservicemanagementofthechannelofChinaTelecomHuaihuabranch,sgovernmentandenterprisemarketing.Optimizationprogramwouldbedi
