3、validatethesupply,manufactureandtestofpowertransformers.2.OSCOPEThisinstructioncoversallnecessarystagesintheproductionofpowertransformersfromtheexaminationofcertificationfromprocurementsourcestothefinalinspection,preservationandpackingtodespatchtosite.Althoug4、hthemethodologyincompilingthisinstructi

4、onistosystematicallyprogressthroughtheconstruction,experiencedinspectorsmayinterprettheintentoftheinstructiontoaccommodatelocalornovelpracticesortoutilisetheinstructionforaoneoff,oralternativedesign,thedesignhavingbeenappr5、OVedbytheclient.Anysuchvariationsshouldbenotedintheinspectorsreport.3.0PROCE

5、DURE3.IGENERALThisinstruction,togetherwithitsassociatedchecksheet,maybeusedonanyorderorcontract.ltisintendedtoactasaguidetotheinspectorinthecourseoftheinspectorprogramme.Anypartofthe6、documentmaybeinvokedandthesectionstobeusedandthelevelofinspectionrequiredwillbespecifiedonthechecksheet.AIItestsandi
