1、茶树C4zeis加esis(L.)O.KtZe是我国脱贫攻坚的重要经济作物,本研究从茶农急需有机茶叶产量与品质提升的实际需求出发,侧重从适宜浓度的黄腐酸叶面肥能提高农作物的光合能力以及抗逆性的角度探讨施用黄腐酸叶面肥对茶树产量及品质的意义。以武夷山当地特色品种“肉桂”茶树为试验对象,生化黄腐酸(BFA)叶面肥为试材,并设置黄腐酸叶面肥浓度梯度和喷施次数,利用叶绿素荧光分析技术研究黄腐酸叶面肥对茶树光合作用的影响。通过分析不同浓度和次数黄腐酸叶面肥处理下茶树叶片叶绿素荧光参数的变化趋势,从植物光合生理层面探讨黄腐酸叶面肥在优化茶树光合作用上的可行性,并探究其黄腐酸叶面肥的施用标准。结果显示,施用
2、BFA叶面肥能显著提高茶树叶片叶绿素含量,显著提高Psii、ETR、qP,较显著增加NPQ以有效缓解胁迫环境下Fm、Fv/Fo.Fv/Fm的下降,从而促进“肉桂”茶树春茶采摘期百芽重的增长。并且百芽重与叶绿素含量、PSH、NPQ间有着极显著的正相关性。但BFA叶面肥的施用同时会导致茶树叶片Fo的小幅增加。总体而言,BFA叶面肥对茶树叶片叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数和百芽重的影响随BFA叶面肥浓度的提升和喷施次数的增加而渐渐显著。其中(1.2gL,喷施2次)处理对茶树叶片叶绿素含量、Fm、psibETR、qP、NPQ和百芽重数据的提升最显著、效果最好。T3(0.12gL,喷施1次)和T2,(0.2
