2、randmaterialprovision;(5)施工机械设备的选用；Selectionofmachineryandequipmentforwork;(6)质量保证体系及措施；Qualityassurancesystemandmeasures;(7)安全生产、文明施工措施；Measuresofsafetyworkandorderlyconstruction;(8)环境保护、成本控制措施；Measuresofenvironmentprotectionandcostcontrol;(9)合同当事人约定的其他内容。Othercontentsagreedbypartieshereto.施工组织设计的提

3、交和修改SubmissionandAmendmentofConstructionOrganizationDesign除专用合同条款另有约定外，承包人应在合同签订后14天内，但至迟不得晚于第7.3.2项开工通知载明的开工日期前7天，向监理人提交详细的施工组织设计，并由监理人报送发包人。除专用合同条款另有约定外，发包人和监理人应在监理人收到施工组织设计后7天内确认或提出修改意见。对发包人和监理人提出的合理意见和要求，承包人应自费修改完善。根据工程实际情况需要修改施工组织设计的，承包人应向发包人和监理人提交修改后的施工组织设计。Unlessotherwisespecificallyindicated

4、intheparticularconditionherein,thecontractorshouldwithin14dayssubsequencetosignaturehereof,howevernotlaterthan7dayspriortothecommencedaywhichisstipulatedinArticle7.3.2CommenceNotice,submittheConstructionOrganizationDesigntothesupervisorwhichshalltransferthedesigntotheemployer.Exceptotherwisestatedin

5、particularcondition,theemployerandthesupervisorshallwithin7daysfollowingthereceiptoftheconstructionorganizationdesignmakeconfirmationoramendmentopinionthereof.Thecontractorshould,onthereasonableopinionsandrequirementsoftheemployerandthesupervisor,effectamendmentandperfectionthereof.Providedthatitisn

6、ecessarytomodifythedesignoftheconstructionorganizationdesignaccordingtoactualsituationoftheproject,thecontractorshallsubmittotheemployerandthesupervisortherevisedconstructionorganizationdesign.施工进度计划的编制PreparationofConstructionProgressSchedule承包人应按照第7.1款施工组织设计约定提交详细的施工进度计划，施工进度计划的编制应当符合国家法律规定和一般工程实践

7、惯例，施工进度计划经发包人批准后实施。施工进度计划是控制工程进度的依据,发包人和监理人有权按照施工进度计划检查工程进度情况。ThecontractorshouldpursuanttothestipulationsofArticle7.2ConstructionOrganizationDesignsubmitdetailedconstructionschedulewhichispreparedconformingtotheprovisionsoftheStatelawandgeneralpracticeofengineeringcustomsandusageandexecutedsubseque

8、nttotheemployersapproval.Theconstructionscheduleisthebasisforcontrollingtheprogressoftheproject,andtheemployerandthesupervisorreservetherighttoinspecttheprogressoftheprojectinaccordancewiththeconstructionschedule.施工进度计划的修订RevisionofConstructionProgressSchedule施工进度计划不符合合同要求或与工程的实际进度不一致的，承包人应向监理人提交修订的

9、施工进度计划，并附具有关措施和相关资料，由监理人报送发包人。Providedthatiftheconstructionprogressscheduleisinconsistentwiththecontract1Srequirementsortheactualprogressofconstruction,thecontractorshouldsubmittherevisedschedulewhichattachedtherelevantmeasuresandinformationtothesupervisorwhomwilltransfertotheemployer.除专用合同条款另有约定外，发

10、包人和监理人应在收到修订的施工进度计划后7天内完成审核和批准或提出修改意见。发包人和监理人对承包人提交的施工进度计划的确认,不能减轻或免除承包人根据法律规定和合同约定应承担的任何责任或义务。Unlessotherwisespecifiedinthetermsofparticularconditionhereof,theemployerandthesupervisorshall,within7daysafterreceivingtherevisedconstructionschedule,completeexaminationandapprovalthereof,orprovidetheamen

11、dmentopinionsthereon.Noneoftheconfirmationoftheemployerandthesupervisorontheprogressschedulesubmittedbythecontractorshallmitigateorwaivethecontractorsanyliabilityorobligationwhichisassumedbythecontractorinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoflawandcontract工程进度ProjectSchedule双方应共同努力，按照附件四及时使工程竣工。建造期从开工日计算为一年

12、，C可以经B同意延长竣工期。ThepartiesshallworktogetherinordertoendeavourtoachievehetimelycompletionoftheProjectinaccordancewiththeProjectscheduleasAnnex4accordingtowhichtheconstructionperiodshallbeyearsfromthecommencementdate.However,CmayextendtheconstructionperiodupontheagreementofB.TheContractorshallsubmitadet

13、ailedtimeprogrammetotheEmployer,SRepresentativewithin28daysafterreceivingtheNoticeunderSub-Clause8.1CommencementDate.TheContractorshallalsosubmitarevisedprogrammewheneverthepreviousprogrammeisinconsistentwithactualprogressorwithContractorfSobligation.Eachprogrammeshallinclude:在根据FIDIC金皮书8.1（开工日期）的规定

15、rialoperation;承包商计划实施工程的次序，包括设计，承包商文件，采购，制造，检查，运达现场，施工，安装，试验和试运行的各个阶段的预期时间；ProgressSChedUIe进度计戈!JTheContractormustpresentadetailedconstructionorganizationdesignandtheprogressscheduletotheEmpIoyerDsRepresentativeandtheEngineerswithin5workingdaysafterreceivingthemove-innoticefromtheEmployer.AndtheTKSE
