1、XX理工大学国际教育学院留学生会客制度AppendixB:ProceduresforVisitorstoStudentsfortheInternationalEducationCollegeofXXUniversityofTechnologyThefollowingregulationsareenactedinordertoguaranteethesecurityofforeignstudents,protectthepropertyoftheUniversity,andmaintainanestablishedstandardprocedure.为保障住宿留学生、工作人员及公私财产的安全，维

2、护正常秩序，制订本制度。1. Anyindividualwhocomestovisitastudentandisnotlivinginthedesignateddormitoriesisreferredtoasavisitor.Suchvisitorsmustshowanidentitycard(foreignvisitorsshouldshowthepassportorResidencyPermit,andChinesevisitorsshouldshowidentity,workingorstudentcard)andregisterwiththesecuritypersonnelbyfi

3、llingoutthevisitorregistrationform.ThesecuritypersonnelwillinsuretheformisfilledincorrectlyandthenissuethevisitoraVisitorPass,whichwillallowthevisitortohaveentrancetothefacilities第一条凡申请进入宿舍的访客，必须首先出示本人的有效证件，(外籍访客为护照、居留证；国内访客为身份证、工作证、学生证。)并准确规范地逐项填写会客登记单。2. ThevisitormustreturntheVisitorPasstothesecu

4、ritypersonnelwhenthevisithasended.Thesecuritypersonnelwillrecordthetimeontheregistrationformandwhenthevisitorleftthefacilities.第二条会客结束访客离开时，门卫收取访客所持的会客登记单后，交还访客的暂存证件，并在留存前台的会客登记单上标注访客离去时间。3. Theonlytimethatstudentsmayhavevisitorsisbetween4:00pmand10:30pmduringtheweekdayandfrom9:00amto10:30pmonweeken

5、dsandduringholidaysorvacations.第三条会客时间为每日16时22时30分，双休日、寒暑假及法定节假日会客时间为9时22时30分。4. Visitorsareforbiddentobringintothedormitoriesanyflammablematerialssuchaspetroleumproducts(oilandgas)orfirecrackers.Allvisitorsmustcomplywiththeregulationsrelatedtotheproceduresforregisteringthemselveswhentheyvisit.There

6、cordedinformationwillincludetheirname,whomtheyarevisiting,andthedurationoftheirstay.Anyindividualwhofailstofailstocomplywiththeseregulationsandbreaks第1页共2页thelawswillbeheldaccountable.TheUniversityreservestherighttoforbidentrancetoanyindividualwhohasdemonstratedaninabilitytofollowregulations.Penalti

7、esmayincludecivilandorcriminalactionintheeventavisitorisdeemedbytheuniversitytobeahazardtothestudentcommunity.第四条访客不得携带易燃易爆（鞭炮火药、高浓度醇、非食用油、液化燃气）、危险（枪械弹药、利刃锐器）、违禁（反动淫秽书刊及音像制品、毒麻制品）、腐蚀（高浓度酸）、污染（动物活体）等物品进入。5. Theregistrationformfilledinbythevisitorwillbeseenasaverificationandrecordoftheentranceandexito

8、fthevisitor,andismaintainedbythesecuritypersonnel.Thisregistrationformwillbekeptforsometimeasarecordofvisitorsandtheiractivities.Allvisitorsmustabidebytheregulationsestablishedforvisitorsconcerningregistrationprocedures,visitingtimeperiodsandprohibiteditemsintheUniversity.Nooneispermittedtohelporgiv

9、eaidavisitorwhoisbreakingthelaw.Thevisitorassumesallrelevantcivilandcriminalresponsibilitiesfortheirbehaviorswhichcaninclude,butisnotlimitedto,pollutingtheenvironment,disturbingthepublicandsecurityviolations.第五条会客登记单作为会客凭证及客人资料由门卫定期装订，长期保存以备复核查验。访客必须自觉遵守会客登记、会客时间、携带物品等有关规定；不得利用会客名义提供有偿服务或进行违法活动。访客在会客期间有污染公共环境、扰乱公共秩序、危害公共安全等行为，应承担相应的民事及刑事责任。6. Studentsmaynotprovideovernightaccommodationsforvisitorswithinthedormitory.第六条访客不得留宿。
