6、uctdocument5 .调试范围机组BTG大联锁，即纲炉、汽轮机、发电机之间的联锁关系。Boilcr-Turbinc-Gcncrator(BTG)interlockisthelogicrelationshipbetweentheoperationsonboiler,turbineandgenerator.5.1 锅炉主爱护MFT动作信号送到ETS联跳汽轮机，汽轮机跳闸后，通过逆功率爱护跳闸发电机。ThesignalMFT(masterfueltrip)iniiatestheETStotripheturbine,aftertheturbinetripped,hegeneratorwillbe

7、trippedoffbyreverse-powerprotection.5.2 发电机主强护动作联跳汽轮机。汽轮机跳闸后,锅炉负荷(蒸汽流垃)大于30%,触发锅炉MFT动作。Theoperationofgeneratormainprotectionswillintertriptheturbine,whichwill,inturn,initiateMFTiftheboilerload(mainsteamflow)isgreaterthan30%.6,调试防必需具备的条件Cnditiuns(fcmmii)ni11E6.1 机组分系统试运工作完毕,分系统试运中出现的何时已全部处理完毕：Testing

8、and(rialrunofeachsubsystemhasbeenfinished.Alldefectsandabnormalconditionsoccurredinthetrialrunhavebeenrectified.6.2 锅炉主爱护(MFn的各项试验己全部完毕，逻辑关系正确；AlltestingitemsofMFThavefinished,showingthelogicconditionscorrect.63锅炉各主要辅机的联锁爱护试脸完毕，逻辑关系正确：Testingoftheinterlocksandprotectionsofboilerauxiliarieshasfinishe

9、d,indicatinglogicconditionscorrect.6.4 汽轮机主爱护的各项试验全部完毕，逻辑关系正酹：Testingofallmainprotectionsofturbinehasfinished,showingtheoperationlogiccorrect.6.5 汽轮机各主要辅机的联锁爱护试验完毕，逻辑关系正确：TestingOfinterlocksandprotectionsofturbinemainauxiliarieshasfinished,showingthelogiccorrect.66发-变组爱护的各项试骁全部完毕，逻辑关系正确：Testingofall

10、protectionsofgenerator-transformerunithasbeenfinished,showinglhcoperationlogiccorrect.6.7 发-变组系统断路器传动试验完毕,符合设计要求。Thecircuitbreakers(CBs)ofgenerator-transformerunithavepassedtransmissiontest,fulfillingdesignrequirements.6.8 现场道路畅通，通讯设施良好，照明足够。Roadsandpathsinsiteareclear,convenientcommunicationsandsuf

11、ficientlightingareavailable.6.9 整套启动前的条件根本满意。Theentireplantandsupportsystemhavebeenmadeinreadinessforintegralunitstart-up.7.调试步!ProcessOfCOmmiSSiOning74.1 忒验前机组状态Pre-testingconditionoftheunit7.1.1锅炉状态：Boilercondition 启动送、引风机.（开关在试验位）StartIDRInandFDfan（CBinTcstposition）. 锅炉吹扫完成（信号模拟），MFTMftoSimulatec

12、ompletionoffurnacepurging.ResetMF. 随意模拟投入层油抢。Simulatethatoilgunsatthefirstlevelarepulintooperation. 在试验位合一次风机开关，模拟投入下层制粉系统.ClosePAfanCBinTESTpositionandsimulatetoputmillgroupAintooperation. 靓开减温水电动门（过热落一减、;减电动门及总门，再热器事故喷水电动门、再热器微调减温水电动门及总门）。Openmotorizedatteneratingwatervalves,including1st,2ndstagea

13、itenperatorsandmainisolatingvalvesofsuperheater,emergencyspraywatervalve,2ndstageattemperatingvalveofreheaterandmainisolatevalvesofreheater.7.1.2汽轮机状态：Turbinecondition DEH嵬:位。ResetDEH. 汽轮机挂闸，主汽门开启。1.atchturbineandopenmainsteamvalves. 将汽轮机疏水阀全关。Closeallturbinedrainvalves. 将汽轮机抽汽逆止门及抽汽电动门全开。Openturbin

14、eextractionnon-returnvalveandmotorizedvalvefully.7.1.3电气状态：Generatorcondition 手动合发电机出口开关Closegeneratorcircuitbreaker（CB）manually. 手动合磁场断路器CTIoseHeldbreakermanually.7.2联锁试验:Testingofinterlockcircuits:锅炉跳闸，联锁汽轮机跳闸，汽轮机跳闸后通过逆功率爱护联跳发电机。Boilertrippingwillintertriptheturbine,resultinginthegeneratortripbyre

15、verse-powerprotection.在发变组爱护柜模拟逆功率值大于设定值。Atgenerator-transformerprotectioncabinet,simulatethevalueofreversepowergreaterthanthesettingvalue.选择项MFT爱护条件,触发MFT动作。InitiatetheMFTbysimulatingoneofMFTprotectionconditions.MFT动作，锅炉跳闸，联跌供油快关闽、回油快关阀、油角脚及吹扫阀、油枪及点火枪、一次风机、A给煤机、A磨煤机、下层制粉系统，联关减温水电动门(过热器一减、二减电动门及总门，再热落事故喷水电动门、再热涔微谢减温水电动门及总门)。MFTactionwillinitiatethefollowingprotectionoperations:1) Oilfeedfastvalveinertrip2) Returnoilfastvalveintertrip3) Oilcornervalvesandpurgingsteamvalvesintertrip4) oilgunsa
