4、之日起施行。总理李克强2021年9月9日国务院关于废止部分行政法规的决定为了适应我国人口与经济社会发展的新形势，优化生育政策，促进人口长期均衡发展，根据2021年8月20日第十三届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第三十次会议通过的关于修改人口与计划生育法的决定，国务院决定废止以下行August20,2021atthe3()thSessionoftheStandingCommitteeoftheThirteenthNationalPeoplesCongressofthePeoplesRepublicofChina,theStateCouncilherebydecidestorepealthefollo

TheRegulationontheFamilyPlanningWorktortheMigrantPopulation(issuedbyOrderNo.555oftheSlateCouncilofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaonMay11,2009)政法规:一、计划生育技术服务管理条例（2001年6月13B中华人民共和国国务院令第309号公布根据2004年12月月日国务院关于修改”划牛二育技术服务管理条训的决定修订）二、社会抚养费征收管理办法（2002年8月2日中华人民共和国国务院令第357号公布）三、流动人口计划生育工作条例（2009年5月11日中华人民共和国国务院令第555号公布）ThisDecisionshallcomeintoforceonthedateofissuance.本决定自公布之Fl起施行。
