1、.本科毕业设计(论文)20MN自由锻造液压机辅助系统摘要液压机是一种利用液体压力来传递能量,以实现各种压力加工工艺的机床。随着新工艺及新技术的应用,液压机在金属加工及非金属成形方面的应用越来越广泛,现代工业生产也对液压机提出了高压、高速、机电液一体化、数控智能化、系统集成化等技术要求。因此,在现代液压机开发中,作为其核心组成部分的液压系统的设计显得尤为重要。 论文基于液压机设计理论,参考已有液压机结构和设计经验,给出了20MN自由锻液压机液压系统设计方案。通过分析锻造液压机的工作过程,本系统设计完成液压机的各种动作要求。为了实现动作的无级调速,采用比例流量阀,使调速简单、可靠,便于实现自动控制
2、。该液压机在此基础上,充分考虑安全性、可靠性以及便于维护。本次设计采用PRO/E对泵站、油箱、阀块进行三维建模,再生成CAD图纸,避免直接二维设计效率低,容易出错的缺点,简化液压系统设计。关键词自由锻造液压机;液压系统;集成块.AbstractHydraulic press is a machine tool , which use the liquid pressure to transfer the energy, in order to achieving a variety of processing technology. 3、e application of new technologies, hydraulic press is applied more and more widely in the metal processing and the non-metallic forming. Modern industrial production is also suggested some technical requirements, such as high-pressure, high-speed, Electro-hydraulic integration, Intelligent CNC, syst
4、em integration and so on. Therefore, as an integral part of its core, the hydraulic system design is particularly important in the development of modern hydraulic press.This article based on the hydraulic press design theory, the reference had the forging hydraulic press structure and the design exp
5、erience, has determined the 20MN free forging hydraulic press structure. By analyzing the forging process of hydraulic press, the system is completed the requirements of the various movements. In order to achieve the stepless speed regulation, the adoption of proportional flow valve makes the speed
6、control simple and reliable, which is easily to reslize automatic control. On this basis, the hydraulic press is gave full consideration to the safety, reliability and ease of maintenance.The design uses PRO/E for three-dimensional modeling for the pumping station, tank, valve block, and then genera
