1、 本科毕业论文(设计)题目: 13.56MHz射频识别系统硬件电路设计 学生姓名 学 号 指导教师 院 系 专 业 年 级 I摘要射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification, RFID)技术是一种非接触的自动识别技术。RFID技术以其高度安全保密性、同时识别多个标签和高速运动物体、操作快捷方便等优点,使得在各领域的应用中异军突起,应用前景十分广阔。研究、开发射频识别读写器,对其发展有着重要的实际意义。论文首先介绍了RFID技术的发展历史及国内外应用现状,接着对RFID系统基本工作原理进行了概述;其次描述了射频识别系统的体系结构和基本功能,并着重介绍了国际标准ISO/
2、IEC 15693空中接口协议;然后,按照该协议提出了一种基于TI公司S6700芯片的13.56MHz射频识别读写器的硬件设计和实现方案;详细阐述了S6700应用电路、天线设计、以及基于AT89S52单片机的控制电路、RS232串口通信电路的设计,本设计实现了对Tag_it卡的读写操作,并与上位机进行通信;最后,在硬件设计和软件设计基础上,根据制作的实物和测试结果做出总结论述,并提出了一些尚待解决的问题。关键词:射频识别,RFID,读写器,13.56MHz,电子标签,S6700,ISO15693AbstractRFID (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID

Therefore, the development of RFID reader has significant practical significance.The thesis will firstly give a general introduction on the history of RFID technology, its application both at home and abroad, and the overview of the basic working principle. 5、ses on the RFIDs system construction and fundamental functions, with an emphasis on the international standard ISO/IEC 15693 air interface protocol.Thirdly, according to the protocol, the paper proposes a hardware design program based on 13.56MHz RFID reader of S6700 Chip of TI Cooperation, elaborat
6、ing the applied circuit of S6700, antenna design, and based on the control circuit based on the design of AT89S52 MCU and RS232 serial communication circuit. This design realizes the reading and writing function of Tag_it card, and also realizes the communication with the host computer. At last, bas
